Windchill PDMLink : When using the "New Representation Wizard" to publish a Drawing in the "Released" State, if the Browser language is changed to another language, no "Output Options" for Additional File Types are displayed

Description
- When using conditional XML publish rules that match on the value of the Life Cycle State attribute using a condition containing the following:
<attribute name="epmdoc_lifeCycleState" value="Released" />
- CAD worker for Solidworks does not generate PDFs and STEP files from the current released version
- After changing the Firefox browser Language from English to Spanish (or any other language) and reloading the page, accessing the New Representation Wizard for a Drawing in Released state will no longer show the Output Options pulldown menu for the configured <publish on="create-representation"...> entries
- If the Windchill perferred language is changed to Japanese language, no Output Options for Additional File Types publish rule are displayed in the New Representation Wizard
- In <attribute…> sub-element, conditions based on regular expression for string matching the attribute value is already enabled. refer to cs370751
- Changing language back to English shows the Output pull-down and options again:
