Accessing pages give errors jsp files not found and String index out of range in FlexPLM 9.2

Description

  • Accessing pages like the Measurement Library, viewing a Season Line Sheet or creating a Color, throws an error either regarding a jsp file not found or string index out of range. For example:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: File "/rfa/jsp/season/ViewSeason.jsp" not found

  • Whenever user tries to create an object, they get the error "The system is unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact your system administrator."
