Description
- Attribute mapping of the Inventor attributes defined for instances in iPart Author fails.
- Step to reproduce:
- Add a String type global attribute through Type and Attribute Management. Assume its name is TEST_STR01.
- Add a new global attribute for EPM Document and select TEST_STR01 at Choose Global Attribute step. Set its Internal Name to TEST_ATTR_01.
- Input MSP:DESCRIPTION for Autodesk Inventor at Set Properties step when creating attribute TEST_ATTR_01.
- Set Numbering Parameter for Autodesk Inventor to MSP:PARTNUMBER, and Naming Parameter to MSP:TITLE.
- Create a new Invertor part, create a new table, add Title and Description column and set their values.
- Save the table, use Generate Files in RMB menu to generate instance files. Save generic file at the same time if needed.
- Upload generic and instance files.
