Description
- Unable to add Ref BOM balloon for components without existing BOM balloons if one component is assembled many times.
- Can only add reference BOM balloon for component with existing repeat region balloon already attached
- Message area shows Select a component to create a balloon that references an already existing repeat region balloon.
