Description
- After the upgrade, Arbortext Publishing Engine (APE) won't start
- APE Diagnostics program shows COM error
- APE Interactive shows error on launch:
Unable to register COM class object - APE Test page shows:
Unknown until first subprocess invocation - License tab on PE Index Page is taking longer and shows error:
All subprocesses are currently busy - While installing Arbortext Editor, the Component Services did not get created
- Component Services fail to generate under Console Root > Component Services > Computer > My Computer > DCOM Config
