Description
- After the upgrade, Arbortext Publishing Engine (APE) won't start
- APE Diagnostics program shows COM error
COMException: AdeptCOM::AdeptCOM:failed to launchCOMException: Access denied trying to launch an E3 sub-process as a COM server. You may need to run the "Distributed COM Configuration" tool (dcomcnfg.exe), access properties for the "Arbortext Adept/Epic" entry, and set custom permissions. - APE Interactive shows error on launch
Unable to register COM class object - APE Test page shows
Unknown until first subprocess invocation - License tab on PE Index Page is taking longer and shows error
All subprocesses are currently busy - Following error occurs when clicking on the test publishing link on the PE Index page
PTC Arbortext Publishing Engine Request Failure, Unexpected exception - While installing Arbortext Editor, the Component Services did not get created
- Component Services fail to generate under Console Root > Component Services > Computer > My Computer > DCOM Config
