Description
- Catch LDAP server error regarding incorrect user.dn
- User cannot authenticate, error message:
- WARNING * * * * (0): Unable to return the user list: [LDAP: error code 32 - 0000208D: NameErr: DSID-0310020A, problem 2001 (NO_OBJECT), data 0, best match of:
'DC=example,DC=example,DC=com'
- This can happen if multiple user.dn are defined in <Server Install>\config\properties\security.properties file,e.g.
- ldap.user.dn.1=OU=example,DC=example
- ldap.user.dn.2=OU=example2,DC=example2
- ldap.user.dn.3=OU=example3,DC=example3
- If ldap.user.dn2 has a problem, then users inside ldap.user.dn3 cannot authenticate to Integrity even though they have valid credentials
