Installation for the service pack keeps popping up in Integrity

Description
- Unable to use Integrity client due to service pack installation pop up
- Cancelling the SP installation hangs the client and throws error: an error was encountered while installing the Service Pack: Failed to add the key "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\integrity\UserOriginalUrlEncoding\ (REG_DWORD)"to registry. See SPinstall.log and XML ParserClient.Log in C:\Program Files\integrity\integrityClient 10\bin for more information.
- Service pack for 10.2 keeps popping up while launching Integrity client 10.0; server is on 10.0
