Description
- Users are not able to proceed with their work in Integrity or are not able to log on to the PTC RV&S Server
- The PTC RV&S Server has become unresponsive and no operation can be performed anymore
- Any or several of the following error messages are fired and logged in the server.log file:
- An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine
- ...Caused by: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
- java.rmi.UnmarshalException: org.beepcore.beep.core.BEEPException: Channel closed
- java.io.IOException -- java.io.IOException: Channel closed
- java.rmi.MarshalException -- java.rmi.MarshalException: Channel closed
- Unable to obtain a database connection: Error connecting to database. No ManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout ( 30000 [ms] )
- java.lang.RuntimeException: java.sql.SQLException: Error connecting to database. No ManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout ( 30000 [ms] )
