Description
- License server goes offline repeatedly, with this error in the vendor daemon log
- For example, in MKS.log or ptc_d.log:

20:47:48 (MKS) Lost connection to lmgrd, heartbeat timeout expired, exiting. 20:47:48 (MKS) Heartbeat timeout is 300 seconds. Elapsed time is 836 seconds. 20:47:48 (MKS) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 28 Exit reason 5

- Error Windows could not start the MKS Flexnet Licensing service on Local Computer. Error 193: 0xc1 while starting license service
- FlexLM server unavailable, Production Integrity Server Shutdown
