- New document from template with Checkout and Download fails with error message Error creating the MIME file for content download. Nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException
- Preference Attachements > File Download Mechanism needs to be set to Use Windchill Desktop Integration functionality to download files
- Document gets created, but download fails
