Description
- The Windchill Workgroup Manager exits prematurely when activating or browing to the workspace under the following circumstances:
- The workspace cache directories have been deleted from the hard drive, specifically deletion of the following:
- C:\Users\<UserName>\.wwgm
- C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\PTC\ProENGINEER
- C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Windchill Workgroup Manager
- Folder referenced by PTC_WF_ROOT environment
- Folder referenced by PTC_WLD_ROOT environment
- There are CAD Documents in the workspace that have 2 byte (Japanese) character file names
- The Context or worksapce name has 2 byte (Japanese) character names
- The workspace cache directories have been deleted from the hard drive, specifically deletion of the following:
