Description

  • Unable to generate thumbnail for PDF using preconverted option
  • Unable to generate thumbnail for CAD Documents using PROE worker
  • Unable to generate thumbnail for Documents using OFFICE worker
  • PDF thumbnails are not generated
  • Unable to generate thumbnail for PDF using the Windchill server's thumbnail generator
  • WVS Job Monitor and Publish Monitor show the error: 
     
    Error, did not find available worker of type THUMBNAIL
