Description
- Users of Active Directory (AD) cannot login to Windchill if the Distinguished Name (DN) include special characters (Chinese characters and other language specific characters)
- Users of AD cannot login to Windchill if the DN includes Slowenian characters (č)
- Users of AD could not login to Windchill if the DN includes Chinese Characters
- Is there any limitation to use Chinese characters in AD attributes
- It is possible to search out all AD users via Participant Administration
- AD users can not login Windchill if user path contains Chinese characters
- AD users fails to login Windchill when Distinguished Name has Chinese characters
- If the AuthLDAPURL contains Chinese characters in 30-app-Windchill-Auth.conf, the user can't login Windchill
- Operating System (OS) for Windchill is Microsoft Windows Server
- Active Directory users in Windchill are unable to login when they have special characters (German/Finnish/Portuguese etc) in password i.e. ß
- Users of AD log in with error:
The system is not available. There could be a server error or your credentials could be invalid or expired (for example, you may have entered the wrong password or your account may be locked). Contact your help desk or administrator for assistance.
