- The TOOLKIT / VB-API / J-Link / Web.Link API Wizards won't load after updating the Java to Java 7 Update 21 (build 1.7.0_21)
- API Wizards fails to load with an message "Application Blocked by Security Settings"
- Unable to open Creo Parametric Toolkit / JLink or VB API (html version) wizards after a system JRE update.
- Toolkit application blocked by java security
