Description
- Creo Parametric fails to launch on worker machine due to following error. As a result, CAD worker shows Fails to start in Worker Agent Administation window
- Requesting PROE_FoundationVis ...
- <license_name> (-10) Feature has expired.
- Worker Status column indicates Fails to start in the Worker Agent Administration UI in Windchill PDMLink
- Solidworks Worker throws "Fails to Start" in Worker Agent Admin
- This may be accompanied by one of the following two related errors:
- Error in logs\cadagent\<worker>\<worker>.log on the Windchill server (where <worker> is of the form <hostname/alias>_<workertype>#, e.g. workerhost_PROE1):
Opening port <port> on <workerhost> . . . java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect - Error in helper_#.log file in the worker's setup folder on the worker machine:
Worker process #### has exited unexpectedly. Shutting down helper
