This problem has been found to occur in environments meeting all of the the following conditions:
- The Integrity Server is configured to use SSL.
- Windows machine configured to tunnel through a proxy server or other appliance that decrypts/re-encrypts SSL packets.
- Microsoft Security Update KB2585542 installed on the client machines. (Vulnerability in SSL/TLS Could Allow Information Disclosure (CVE-2011-3389))
- TLS 1.0 enabled in Internet Options on the Internet browser.

Integrity Web interface (Web UI) intermittently throws the following error:
- HTTP Status 501 - Method ET is not defined in RFC 2068 and is not supported by the Servlet API
- Web UI is unusable.
- Incompatibility issue between Microsoft SSL/TLS and web proxies that affect PTC Integrity's SSL implementation.
