Description
- "Service Temporarily Unavailable" shown when accessing the Cognos UI at http://<Windchill_Hostname>/cognos8
- Windchill UI can be accessed normally, but cognos UI cannot
- Apache error log shows the following error:
- (13)Permission denied: unable to connect to cgi daemon after multiple tries: <Reporting>/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi
- Apache Access log shows below message :
- xx.xx.x.xxx - wcadmin [DD/MMM/YYYY:HH:MM:SS -0400] "GET /Cognos/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi HTTP/1.1" 503 299 56445
