Description

  • Unable to create a Change Request 
  • Error in the UI after selecting Submit Now or Submit Later is:
ATTENTION: Please contact your administrator
  • Error in the MethodServer log is:
com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.change2.forms.ChangeManagementFormProcessorHelper wcadmin - No uniqueness message found generation contact admin message.
ERROR com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.change2.forms.ChangeManagementFormProcessorHelper XXXXX- wt.util.WTException: wt.util.WTRuntimeException: (wt.pom.pomResource/9) wt.pom.PersistenceException: A nested transaction cannot be started when a rollback is in progress.  The following is the rollback stacktrace.
