Errors "Unable to cast xs:QName" in Windchill and Tibco logs publishing in Windchill Enterprise Systems Integration

  • Cluster environment
  • Master node not configured with foreground method servers
  • Publish is successful but noticed errors in TIBCO logs & Method Server logs 
• Error(s) observed in Process Archive log
