Description

  • Which versions of Adobe Reader and Acrobat DC (Document Cloud) "Release Tracks" are supported 
  • Unable to open PDF documents In Creo view with error:
  • Failed to load the file. Check the Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installation
  • Failed to load the file. Make sure that the registry entry of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader points to the correct installation. If the registry entry is correct, try uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, and then restart.
  • PDF opened externally in Adobe Acrobat
