Perform custom operation in a customization when publishing of an object completes
Background:
- Original solution involved scanning the queue with a timer. This has a negative performance impact, hence need to get away from scanning the queue
- The com.ptc.wvs.server.publish.PublishServiceEvent.PUBLISH_COMPLETE event is not received in a sync robot or custom listener
- The PublishServiceEvent.PUBLISH_COMPLETE event is selectable in the sync robot, but not firing
- Also unsuccessful trying to listen to wt.viewmarkup.DerivedImage/CREATE - ObjectIdentifiers from the list is reset
