Description
- Retrieving users or groups from Enterprise Directory fails
- Users from Enterprise LDAP (Active Directory, AD) cannot be retrieved
- When executing a Search in Participants Administrator the following error is reported in MethodServer.log
java.lang.IllegalStateException: A configuration problem has been detected. The system is unable to retrieve a valid "Name" attribute for the participant with the distinguished name "CN=uuuu,OU=vvvv,ou=wwww,ou=xxx,dc=yyy,dc=zzz" from the participant's LDAP entry.
- When search for a specific group after configuraring AD, error below occurring
com.ptc.jca.error <username> - ---------- JCA Exception ---------- wt.util.WTException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception while mapping principal, message was: java.lang.IllegalStateException: A configuration problem has been detected. The system is unable to retrieve a valid "Name" attribute for the participant with the distinguished name "CN=Name\, First,OU=AAAAA Users,DC=domain,DC=com" from the participant's LDAP entry.
- When executing a Search in Participants Administrator the following error is popped up:
page could not respond: /ptc1/principalpicker/principalPickerCD A configuration problem has been detected. The system is unable to retrieve a valid "Name" attribute for the participant with the distinguished name "CN=uuuu,OU=vvvv,ou=wwww,ou=xxx,dc=yyy,dc=zzz" from the participant's LDAP entry
