Description
- Message "Syncdown blocked due to cad tool lock" appears in the message area of Windchill Workgroup Manager randomly
- Conflict messages appear in the message area performing operations:
- Syncdown blocked due to cad tool lock
- Syncdown blocked due to WLD lock
- Issue appears while activating or deactivating workspace, or removing objects from workspace.
- If workspace name starts with dot following message appears while launching Windchill Workgroup Manager
"Syncdown blocked due to cad tool lock"
- Check in or removing the objects from workspace fails with below error in Workgroup Manager
- Syncdown blocked due to WLD lock. Please close all CAD application/programs that might be using files from WLD, deactivate and activate the workspace again.
