Description
- When .dtl file is saved in Windchill location, Creo Parametric Freeze when trying to move the "Symbol Customization panel"
- Creo Parametric becomes unresponsive, after detaching/moving the "Symbol Customization” pallet from the original location to any location and revisiting the "Symbol Tab"
- Issue is not reproducible if ".dtl" file is stored on local drive
- Issue is not reproducible with Standalone Creo Parametric
- Steps to reproduce issue:-
- Import and checkin .dtl" file in to Windchill through Creo Parametric
- Set the config option "drawing_setup_file" pointing to above".dtl" file from Windchill
- Register Windchill in Creo
- Create a Part and Related Drawing and Checkin both
- Open the Drawing and Click on the symbols created on Drawing .detach/move that "Symbol Customization” pallet will appear
- Now detach / move the "Symbol Customization” pallet to any other location
- Close the Drawing and reopen it
- Navigate to Symbol Tab and observe that the "Symbol Customization” pallet fails to appear (or to be selected) and Creo Parametric becomes unresponsive
