So you stay on your hardware for a certain time, but you can increase with the software and the value you can put to your customer. In the last 30 years, you saw the increased importance of software. At Volkswagen, we sold 9 million cars last year and have more than 10 brands.

And not only in one brand, but in all brands of the Volkswagen company. Establishing feedback loops is crucial through the organization, through the data, through the production cycle.
