PTC Support Services Welcome Center

Welcome to PTC! We hope you’re excited to get started with your new PTC technology. We want to make sure you get the most from your new solution quickly. Dive in today by following these three easy steps.

IMPORTANT! If your order contains Vuforia Engine, please visit the Vuforia Developer Portal  for access to Vuforia Engine product documentation. NOTE: You must log in to the Vuforia Developer Portal to retrieve your Vuforia Engine license key or post on the support forums.

Visit the PTC eSupport Portal to set up your account. In your welcome letter, you will find the following information unique to your order. You can use any of the following to create your account:

• Customer Number
• Service Contract Number (SCN)
• Sales Order Number (SON)
• Site Number

Already have an account? Login now.

Once you’ve created your account, it’s time to download and install your software. Visit our eSupport portal and follow the instructions to immediately download for electronic delivery. You will need to refer to your welcome letter for the following information:

• Company Name
• Customer Number

If you prefer another option for download, you will need to wait for your media to arrive before getting started.

If you require license codes, you can obtain them via our License Management Portal. For products not supported via the portal or for additional help with licensing, please create a case with the License Management team.

Did you purchase eLearning? If you purchased eLearning along with your PTC product, you will need to use the login credentials specified in the order fulfillment document attached to your welcome letter. You should share this login with all users and encourage them to create accounts of their own.
