Previously, attaching files to claims or other records required uploading files one at a time. Now, the drag-and-drop functionality streamlines your workflow by enabling you to attach multiple files simultaneously. Simply drag your files into the designated area, track progress with visual indicators, and hit save to secure them.

Administrator Dashboard

The new Administrator Dashboard equips system administrators with actionable insights, such as user activity and license allocation. With features like a log button and concurrent user type graphs, admins can efficiently monitor system usage to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, licensing status is prominently displayed, helping organizations ensure compliance and renewals.

Enhanced Configurability with Forms

The simplified claim comments view makes all comments visible in the claims section, with alternate coloring applied for better readability.
