Users failed to login Windchill with error "Password Mismatch" in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- User unable to login for a short time (about 15 minutes)
- Post migration of user from Active Directory to local ldap, basic authentication login using protocolAuth is failing with "password Mismatch" error
- REST API is not working with protocolAuth
- User fails to log in to Windchill, the login window always pops up and never disappears
- After installation, user wcadmin can't login to Windchill with below error in Apache's error log:
[auth_basic:error] [pid 654346:tid 654421] [client ####:<port>] AH01617: user wcadmin: authentication failure for - After upgrading from 11.XX to 12.XX, users cannot log in with their AD credentials
- Apache error.log prompt error:
<username> authentication failure for "/Windchill/servlet/SimpleTaskDispatcher": Password Mismatch
- User cannot log in into Windchill and Apache shows below error:
[Date] [error] [client 00.000.000.000] user xyz: authentication failure for "/Windchill/": Password Mismatch
- Not able to log into Windchill with wcadmin
- Apache error.log shows password mismatch, although the password for user is correct
- wcadmin present in WindchillDS Administrative LDAP and Enterprise LDAP
- After remove Active Directory integration configuration in wt.properties, wcadmin could not log in Windchill successfully
- Some user can't log in, need to reset password by wcadmin
- Users cannot log in as wcadmin showing a popup window after accessing Windchill UI
- Post rehost, unable to login into Windchill
- Upgrade Manager task upgrade container templates No response after entering username and password, Apache log shows:
password mismatch
