Description

  • How to change size of the files to be transferred between ThingWorx and Axeda agent devices?
  • Maximum file transfer size is currently for ThingWorx SCM/and or file transfers in general to devices running an Axeda Agent 
  • Axeda Agent fail to upload files with large size
  • Transfer file between Axeda Agent and ThingWorx with file size smaller than FileTransferSubsystem -> Configuration -> Max FileTransfer size, however only partial file is transferred
  • File upload fails often independent of an agent version
  • Package status error code 14 observed in Axeda agent log file
