Description
- Retrieving models in a linked session of Creo Parametric with Windchill where the attribute value was edited in Windchill, returns the message:
Attribute <attribute> cannot be propagated to <model>. Modifications made to this attribute in the PDM system will be ignored.
- Can't map the attributes of a CAD document modified in the workspace to the parameters of a Creo Parametric model
- Warning about unable to map attribute or parameter to Windchill after model is successfully checked in
- While opening an assembly containing released 3D models getting an error:
Attribute <attribute> cannot be propagated to <model>. Modifications made to this attribute in the PDM system will be ignored.
- Steps to reproduce:
- Model with non-designated parameter is checked into Windchill
- User modifies attribute of same name in Windchill
- Model is retrieved in session
- The previously non-designated parameter becomes designated with old value to prevent regeneration issues (eg. If parameters are used in relations)
