Windchill PDMLink: Solidworks fails to launch Workgroup Manager on Windows 10 Pro 1803 Version

Description

  • Windchill Workgroup Manager does not launch when Solidworks 2018 is started first on Windows 10 Pro version 1803
  • Solidworks 2018 is unable to link with Windchill WGM
  • SolidWorks 2018 splashscreen displays that Windchill Workgroup Manager 11.0 M030 add-in is loading but, there is no PTC Windchill tab in SolidWorks GUI even though SolidWorks #Tools > #Add-Ins have PTC Windchill Workgroup Manager 11.0 M030 check boxes enabled for Start Up under Other Add-Ins
  • Windchill Toolbar is not available in Solidworks 2018 
  • SolidWorks WWGM integration fails when Windows 10 is updated to build/version 1803
  • WWGM Debug cadloader logs show error
