  • On Windows server 2016, used newly applied temporary license file to install new version of license management tool 11.17.1.0, but after installing Creo 2.0 and Creo 7.0 on client, both failed to start

    • When customer successfully installs Creo Schematics, it prompts Unable to obtain license for Creo Schematics when starting software
