Description
- User Extension Property Mapping fails with warning "Property name: <PropertyName> not found in UserExtensions properties" in ThingWorx
- Some user extension properties are mapped, however others fail with the following error noted in the ApplicationLog.log
[L: WARN] [O: c.t.e.u.UserUtilities] [I: ] [U: SuperUser] [S: ] [T: https-jsse-nio-443-exec-6] Property name: <Property Name> not found in UserExtensions properties [O: c.t.s.d.ActiveDirectoryDirectoryService] [I: ] [U: ] [S: ] [T: https-jsse-nio-443-exec-5] Active Directory Attribute: <Active Directory Attribute Name> not found
- Some of the property name defined under Active Directory Attribute Name & Provisioned User's User Extension Property Name are not mapped at all as configured in the Active Directory Thing under ThingWorx Composer > Security > Directory Service
- Mapping is done, as described in the topic Managing Users in Active Directory ThingWorx Help Center
- There's no issue in the connection to the Active Directory, users do get provisioned and some user extension properties for the provisioned users do get populated from the AD
- Despite the mapping, values still come up empty for the provisioned users like so
