Description
- Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 improperly removes lmadmin_ptc service for FlexNet License Server 11.13 and 11.14
- FlexNet License Server LMADMIN 11.13 and 11.14 are not able to run on Windows 10
- Lmadmin_ptc service was removed after Windows 10 update and the error message ptc_d exited with status 28 is reported in the server log file lmadmin.log and ptc_d.log
- Service lmadmin_ptc got removed from server machine on upgrading to new Windows Server OS
- Service lmadmin_ptc is missing from server machine services
- Service lmadmin_ptc got removed from server machine on upgrading OS to Windows 11
- FlexNet License Server LMADMIN 11.17 is not running on Windows 11
- Getting the error message "License request failed for feature XXXXXXXXX": "(-15) Cannot connect to license server system"" after Windows 11 version 24H2 updates,
- Lmadmin_ptc service has been removed after Windows 11 version 24H2 updates
