Error "Unable to process capability response because Failed file open" on Linux in ThingWorx

Description

  • Problem retrieving and using license
  • ThingWorx service is not running
  • Error occurring after upgrading the ThingWorx application (i.e. from 8.0 to 8.3 version)
  • In the Thingworx Platform folder the license appears as ignored
  • ThingWorx fails with errors in ApplicationLog.log:
