"java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" is seen in ThingWorx Platform log file

• Error retrieving a lot of data from external database
• Java Heap Space error retrieving large amounts of data from external database
• ThingWorx is starting but after some time it is freezing
• ThingWorx server which was previously communicating suddenly becomes unable to communicate
• After starting the ThingWorx instance, communication is possible via https but after a while the login popup doesn't appear
• Memory Utilization in critical state for ThingWorx Platform
• ThingWorx fails to start with an out of memory error
• ThingWorx shutdown unexpected within High Availability configuration
• Getting page unresponsiveness on browser while ThingWorx takes time to load the complete mashup
• Apache Tomcat fails to start with error message:
