Description
- Workflows hang when reach a Sync robot
- Change Activity workflow hangs on Synch on Change Notice Implementation robot
- Change Notice workflow hangs on Synch on CA Complete robot
- Post Upgrade, workflow struck at Sync Robot for Change Notice
- Change notice and Change Request workflows are stalled and queue entries in severe state
- Attempting to do a submit (because of a previous use of "Submit Later") on a Workflow (when the Notification Queue is stopped/disabled) will typically give an error of the general form:
The <name> object cannot be submitted at this time. To complete this action, you must have a submit work item for this object. You will receive this work item when the Submit task is active in the appropriate Workflow. The disabled Notification Queue causes this situation
