  • During the Update operation these CAD Documents were open in the authoring application and chosen for "Close and Update" in the Conflicts window
  • An example scenario to reproduce the issue
    1. Assume that models A.1 and A.2 already exist in the common space
    2. Add model A.2 to the Workspace and open it in CAD application
    3. Edit the model without check out, then save it to the Workspace and close it from CAD application
    4. Add model A.1 from the common space to the Workspace
      • Since model A.2 already exists, a conflict will occur
    5. In the Event Management , retry the failed Add event to successfully add model A.1 to the Workspace
    6. Open the model from the Workspace in CAD application
    7. In the Workspace, perform Update to replace model A.1 with A.2
      • At this step, change the Reuse option to Download
    8. Choose Close and Update in the conflicts window
  • Message log reports Update in workspace succeeded in background. Workspace refresh may be needed
