Faqs

What study resources are available for me?

The primary reference materials for the maintenance exams are the Release Training videos (in Litmos) and the Release Notes (available via the ServiceMax Help site). These resources are designed to help you succeed in your maintenance journey.

Can I 'test out' or otherwise skip maintenance exams?

No. Earning a higher-level credential does not exempt you from the release exam requirement. You must still take all release exams to maintain your basic and advanced credentials.
