A360ADM certification overview

Elevate your capabilities and become an Asset 360 Certified Administrator with the Asset 360 for Administrators (A360ADM) course! This foundational credential is designed for Administrators seeking a comprehensive understanding of the Asset 360 product. This course is designed to assist with the initial setup/implementation and ongoing management of the application.

A360ADM prerequisites

Complete the Salesforce.com Beginner Administrator Trailhead course or have equivalent knowledge.

A360ADM exam details

Delivery method: Online (via Litmos)
Content: Open book exam with multiple choice and true/false questions
Passing score: 75%
Time allotted to complete the exam: 90 Min

Certification maintenance

Once you’ve earned an Asset 360 Certified Administrator credential, to maintain an active certification status, you must successfully complete a yearly maintenance course and exam highlighting release features. If you do not pass the exam by the deadline, your certification will expire and a retake of the original exam will be required to reinstate any certifications. Refer to the Maintenance Schedule (link this to the maintenance schedule section) for details and deadlines.

A360ADM certification maintenance

Ensure your Asset 360 Administrator certification remains active by completing the maintenance requirements.

Once the Certification Maintenance course with the exam is published, you'll receive an email from servicemax.training@ptc.com with all the necessary details to complete your maintenance. However, it's your responsibility to complete the requirements by the published deadline. Refer to the Maintenance Schedule (link this to the maintenance schedule section) for details and deadlines.

Asset 360 2024 certification maintenance

Release trains: 10.0, 11.0
Date available: September 12, 2024
Due date: March 12, 2025
Required for: Individuals who certified before September 5, 2024

Asset 360 2023 certification maintenance

Release trains: 8.0, 9.0
Date available: November 15, 2023
Due date: September 5, 2024
Required for: Individuals who certified before November 14, 2023

Certification maintenance course and exam access

Follow the steps below to access the course and exam through ServiceMax Litmos Learning Management System (LMS):

Go to  https://servicemax.litmos.com/
Log in using your LMS username and password
Click on the Content Library tab
Locate and click on the release course
Click the Start This Course button
The exam is only included in Certification Maintenance courses. Once you've watched the videos, you can take the exam
