Customers have options between annual subscriptions and one-time purchase perpetual licenses. A subscription contract involves an annual financial commitment that includes support and access to regular maintenance updates. Buying a perpetual license requires the purchase of the software license along with an initial one-year Support agreement, which the customer can elect to renew at the end of the term.
