Virtual Interconnect is an international engineering consultancy specialising in the design of complex routed systems encompassing wire harnesses and hydraulic/piping installations for the industrial, automotive, military and aerospace markets. Realise design control with tailored Windchill interfacing to synchronise Windchill revision with Creo Schematics design sheets or create a Windchill eBOM to include Creo Cabling or Creo Schematics parameters. Our developers can provide customised solutions to meet your requirements.

Harness Manufacturing Extension (HMX) can optimise your harness drawing production, reducing generation time from days to minutes. Use these fully annotated manufacturing drawings to assemble and inspect your harnesses. HMX Bridge provides custom interfacing capabilities with third party tools and bespoke applications to optimise your design process.

eSimulate provides electrical network simulation capabilities for schematic design, including voltage margin, transient and sneak analysis, with automatic wire gauging to minimise copper weight and length extraction from your associated 3D model. Component Libraries provide a full range of validated starter and custom libraries to enable easy adoption of Creo Schematics and Cabling, ideal for new implementations.
