Neil Barua

CEO, PTC

Neil Barua is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PTC.

Neil’s career spans more than 23 years across global operations, financial, and executive positions. Prior to joining PTC, Neil served as CEO of ServiceMax and transformed the company into a recognized leader in field service management. When PTC completed its acquisition of ServiceMax in January 2023, Neil led PTC’s Service Lifecycle Management business and joined PTC’s executive leadership team. Neil became CEO of PTC on February 14, 2024.

As CEO, Neil focuses on PTC’s global business strategy, customer experience, and company culture.

Previously, Neil served as an operating partner at Silver Lake, a global leader in technology investing. Earlier in his career, Neil was CEO of IPC Systems, a global provider of specialized technology solutions for the financial services community.

Neil resides in the Boston area with his family. He earned his Bachelor of Science from NYU. Neil serves on the board of directors of Streetwise Partners.

Jon Stevenson

Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, PTC

Jon Stevenson is Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer at PTC, where he is responsible for the strategy, development, and delivery of PTC’s Digital Thread product portfolio.

Jon brings more than three decades of experience in product development, engineering leadership, and technology innovation across the CAD, PLM, AI, and SaaS domains. He previously held executive roles at Stratasys and Grab CAD and has more recently served as a board member, advisor, and investor to a variety of product development, SaaS, and AI-focused companies, including All Spice, SimScale, Duro, nToplogy, and Vention. He previously served as a Vice President in PTC’s R&D Group and as the Executive Vice President of PTC's CAD business unit.

Jon holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University.

David Katzman

General Manager, Velocity Group

David Katzman is the General Manager of the Velocity Group at PTC – which is comprised of Onshape, Arena and the PTC Education team. David is responsible for driving operational excellence, while overseeing the day-to-day execution of the Velocity Group’s business strategy.

Prior to his current position, David served as the SVP and general manager for Onshape, where he oversaw the design and implementation of business strategy and policies – from customer success and sales to partnerships and business development. Onshape was acquired by PTC for $470 million in October 2019. Previously, David was a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting.

He serves on the board of the PTC Foundation and holds advisory roles in several tech companies.

David received an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering and economics from Tufts University.

Joseph June

Head of AI Strategy and ServiceMax General Manager, PTC

Joseph June leads AI innovation at PTC, where he defines how the company delivers enterprise-wide AI capabilities across its product portfolio. In this role, he focuses on establishing a consistent, scalable approach to AI that helps customers apply emerging technologies across complex, multi-system environments.

In addition, Joseph serves as General Manager of ServiceMax, where he has led the development and go-to-market of AI-powered service capabilities alongside broader product innovation. At ServiceMax, his work centers on translating platform and product strategy into real-world outcomes for manufacturers running global service operations.

Prior to PTC, Joseph held product leadership roles at Pegasystems and Oracle, building enterprise software platforms across workflow, data, and automation.

John Haller

General Manager, PLM

John Haller is the General Manager of PLM at PTC, where he leads the strategy, product, go‑to‑market, and customer success for Windchill, Windchill+, and Windchill Navigate. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth across PTC’s PLM portfolio while strengthening key company initiatives that help manufacturers manage complexity and scale innovation.

John previously spent more than a decade in PTC’s sales organization, where he drove revenue growth, secured major enterprise contracts, and led global teams across the PLM and SaaS businesses. Before returning to PTC, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at aPriori, leading global sales, customer success, services, and RevOps, and helping transform the company’s go‑to‑market model to support scalable, recurring revenue growth.

Brian Thompson

General Manager, CAD

Brian leads PTC’s Creo CAD and engineering calculations businesses as Division Vice President and General Manager. Under his leadership, this 30-year business enjoys above-market growth rates and a reputation for the highest-levels of innovation in support of customer needs. Brian is the primary spokesperson for Creo and PTC’s CAD business.

Prior to PTC, Brian worked for more than 15 years in electro-mechanical product development in a variety of discrete manufacturing industries. Brian holds six product design patents, many of which are on products still being sold today. He has worked in a variety of roles representative of PTC’s customer base such as functional engineering management, product development management, and technical product management.

Brian holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.S. in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Enrique Krajmalnik

General Manager, ALM

Enrique Krajmalnik is PTC’s General Manager for ALM, leading strategy and growth for the ALM portfolio, including Codebeamer. He brings 30+ years of experience in engineering software. Prior roles include leadership at Vitech, VP of Business Development at Zuken USA, and CTO of No Magic. He holds a BA in economics from UC Santa Cruz and studied mechanical engineering at Duke University.
