April Luczywek is a Systems Engineering Modernization Senior Manager for Lockheed Martin and serves as the overall Product Line Engineering & Reuse Lead. She supports initiatives spanning systems engineering, architecture, integration, test, and evaluation while helping advance modern systems engineering practices across the organization. April has more than 20 years of experience leading engineering teams and programs across multiple business areas. She is OMG SysML certified and serves as President of INCOSE's Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Luca Palladino is Head of Engineering 4.0 and Technical Leader for Systems Engineering at Safran Seats. He leads digital transformation initiatives and the deployment of Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering practices across the organization. Active within the engineering community, Luca serves as chairman of the AFIS Centre Val de Loire chapter and brings cross-industry experience from aerospace and automotive organizations including Thales, Stellantis, and Safran.

Marco Forlingieri is Senior Director for Product Line Engineering at PTC and leads one of the industry's largest teams of PLE experts. He brings extensive experience in MBSE and Product Line Engineering across aerospace, defense, automotive, and railway industries worldwide. Marco chairs the INCOSE Product Line Engineering Working Group and is the lead author of the book MBPLE: The Feature-Based Path to Product Lines Success.
