Dr. Rhian Thomas is an experienced business consultant and commercial management specialist whose career spans the Aerospace and Marine sectors, including senior roles at Rolls-Royce plc. She supports organisations across the UK and Norway in shaping commercial governance, developing strategy, and managing risk. Rhian is also a qualified Commercial Mediator, former Senior Lecturer in Strategy & Management, and holds several Non-Executive Director positions across the financial services, healthcare, and aerospace sectors.
