Certain PTC products, including those listed below, integrate AI features powered by a third-party general-purpose AI model such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI ("GPAI Model"). PTC does not develop, train, fine-tune, modify or host such GPAI Model. For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ("EU AI Act"), PTC acts as a deployer of the GPAI Model and, to the extent PTC products constitute an AI system, as a provider of a certain AI system (i.e., a non-high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act). The AI features do not perform automated decision-making nor influence decisions in any of the high-risk domains listed in the EU AI Act.
