Leverage a remote PTC Specialist who can assist in all phases from configuration to validation of PTC solutions.

How it Works

This is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. Your PTC Success Manager will confirm the appropriate resource skill level required for the work requested.
  2. PTC Success Management will work with you to schedule a resource to complete the work outlined within a reasonable timeframe. The service is best used by scheduling the time in advance. This is not an on-call service.
  3. Delivery must be completed prior to the end of the subscription term.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • Your prerequisites vary by engagement and will be identified based on the specific work requested.
  • You will need to provide access to systems and data as necessary in advance of any such need arising so that the tasks requested can be completed successfully.
