Setup Windchill Workgroup Manager

Improve the efficiency of maintaining your MCAD data by setting up a Windchill Workgroup Manager.

In this service, a PTC Expert will create a new Windchill Workgroup Manager for your system. We’ll do all the technical work to setup and configure a Creo, Catia v5 or NX Workgroup Manager. After validating that everything performs correctly, we will present you with a procedure so that it can be repeated in production.

How it Works

This is an 8-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. In the kick-off meeting PTC will address any concerns regarding the process
  2. PTC will install and configure the Windchill Workgroup Manager.
  3. PTC will validate that you can check-in/out MCAD designs.
  4. PTC will document the steps so that the process can be completed in your production environment.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must have a non-Production Windchill 11.0+ System Accessible via WebEx Sharing or Remote Desktop in order to directly perform configurations.
  • You must have a MCAD Software License Acquired and Configured
