How it works

This is a 3-day engagement that includes the following activities:

1. A kick-off call to outline goals and understanding your needs
2. A PTC expert will review your application and document findings
3. Guidance around findings are delivered and PTC experts provide next steps

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

• You must ensure all stakeholders and subject matter experts are available as needed during the project
• Remote login credentials provided to PTC and developer level access to ThingWorx instance
• One identified use case for PTC to review
• Provide all related documentation for the use case
• A dedicated environment where PTC can conduct code review
