In this service, you will work with a ThingWorx Navigate expert that will provide insight into your unique application usage. Leveraging your existing application data, a ThingWorx Navigate expert will review code quality, scalability and performance and deliver recommendations on improvement opportunities based on PTC best practices and your key business objectives.

How it works

This is a 20-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. A kick-off call to outline goals and understanding your needs
  2. Conduct a code review of your application and document our findings
  3. Guidance around findings is delivered and PTC experts provide next steps

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • Completed Customer Questionnaire
  • One identified use case for PTC to review
  • Dedicated environment with Windchill and ThingWorx Navigate installed
  • Provide remote access capability for PTC Expert
